I expect that sooner or later our exploration of Einstein’s Theories of Relativity will take in the work of the Large Hadron Collider in Switzerland. That has something to do with dark matter particles and how gravity is caused.
I confess its work is a little nebulous to me on my current level of understanding (!) but I’m determined that we will get there when the time is right.
But the Collider has had some rather unexpected problems to cope with lately. It may have truly great aims on a galactic scale – but it’s still vulnerable to weasels chewing through the cables! Read how the Guardian reported the incident here.
